Hey! And welcome to the self harm support blog. This is a safe place for people dealing with feelings of worthlessness, self-loathing or for people dealing with self-harm addictions.
We (Mel, Gambii and Evy) post a lot of information about self harm and how it affects people, how to recover from it and what you can do to help people you know struggle from it.
